Community Physicians of Noblesville provides the following services:
- Comprehensive physicals
- Employment/school/sports physicals
- Routine yearly gynecological exams
- Newborn care
- Well-child exams
- Chronic illness care
- Removal of warts, moles and other skin lesions
- Treatment of minor injuries
Appointments
We see patients on an appointment basis and request that you call in advance so we can reserve a time for you. When you call for an appointment, our staff will ask you questions to best determine the type of visit you need.
Telephone hours
Our daily telephone hours are 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. On Tuesday and Thursday we have extended phone hours until 6 p.m. Our staff will help to provide efficient service when you call our office and will be able to assist you with your need at the time of your call.
Prescription refills
Prescription refills will be taken care of during normal office hours. Please understand that some prescription refill requests may require an office visit; however, this will be determined by your physician.
